Software Engineer — Zoho CRM (AI Features)

Zoho CRM's Engineering team in Bengaluru is hiring Software Engineers to build the next wave of AI features — lead scoring, conversational bots, and intelligent deal prediction — for the world's most used CRM. **Responsibilities:** - Integrate Zoho's in-house LLM (Zia AI) with CRM workflows and UI components - Build the CRM's predictive analytics engine: deal win probability, churn risk scores - Develop CRM mobile SDK components used in Zoho's iOS and Android apps - Write unit and integration tests and ensure < 0.1% critical-bug rates in production **Qualifications:** - 2–5 years of software engineering experience - Proficient in Java (backend) and JavaScript (frontend); mobile SDK experience is a plus - Interest in AI/ML integrations: prompt engineering, RAG, or LLM APIs - Strong problem-solving skills with a product mindset
