Groww is hiring Backend Engineers in Bengaluru to build the core investment infrastructure for its mutual fund, stock, and ETF platforms. **Responsibilities:** - Design high-reliability APIs for SIP creation, NAV computation, and portfolio tracking - Build SEBI-compliant reconciliation pipelines with AMC partners - Optimise database schemas and query performance for 10M+ user portfolios - Own production reliability and respond to incidents with speed and precision **Qualifications:** - 2–5 years of backend engineering experience - Strong in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Java - Proficient with PostgreSQL and Redis; experience with async task queues (Celery) - Interest in financial systems, SEBI regulations, and fintech infrastructure
