Senior Product Designer — PhonePe SuperApp

PhonePe's design team in Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Product Designer who will define the visual language and interaction patterns for new product surfaces across the PhonePe SuperApp. **Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end design for 1–2 major product areas (payments, investments, insurance) - Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesise actionable insights - Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and collaborate closely with engineering - Establish and extend the PhonePe design system (components, motion, tokens) **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of product design experience in a consumer app - Exceptional Figma skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating craft + strategy - Experience running qualitative and quantitative research at scale - Familiarity with Android and iOS design patterns, WCAG accessibility guidelines
