## About This Internship Instawork is hiring detail-oriented QA Clipper Interns who watch long-form videos and create high-quality clips based on clearly defined rubrics and training. This is a fully remote internship with daily payouts and performance incentives. ## What You'll Do - Watch long-form videos at 4x speed - Create accurate clips strictly based on QA rubrics and training provided - Ensure clips meet quality, timing, and relevance standards - Maintain a daily productivity target of 30 hours of video clipping (achievable at 4x speed) - Follow feedback and improve clipping accuracy over time ## Prerequisites - Good attention to detail - Comfortable with a high-volume, repetitive daily workflow - Reliable internet connection (fully remote role) ## How to Prepare ### Skills to Build Before Applying Familiarity with video review/QA workflows, ability to follow detailed written rubrics precisely, basic understanding of video editing/clipping concepts (no professional editing skill required, but comfort with video players and playback speed controls helps). ### How to Build a Strong Application Mention any experience with repetitive, detail-oriented work (content moderation, data labeling, QA testing) — this signals reliability for a high-volume daily quota role. ### Interview Preparation for Interns Common questions: how do you maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks, how would you handle a rubric that seems ambiguous, what's your approach to hitting a strict daily quota. ## Stipend & Benefits ₹24,000/month stipend plus performance bonus.
