## About This Internship Instawork is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to work on end-to-end recruitment, serving as the bridge between hiring teams and prospective candidates. - Location: Koramangala, Bangalore - Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 rotational weekly off - Shift: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Experience: Fresher (0-1 year) - Contract Duration: 3 months ## Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various open positions - High-volume outreach: source, screen, and make 100-150 outbound calls daily - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams - Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and feedback - Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules ## Prerequisites - Excellent verbal communication skills, confident phone presence - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Prior HR/recruitment/customer-facing experience preferred but not mandatory ## How to Prepare ### Skills to Build Before Applying Phone-based communication practice, basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → scheduling → offer), comfort with high-volume outbound calling. ### How to Build a Strong Application Highlight any customer-facing, sales, or calling experience — even informal (college helpline, event registration desk) — since comfort with high call volume is explicitly required. ### Interview Preparation for Interns Common questions: how do you handle rejection or a difficult candidate call, how would you prioritize 100+ calls in a day, describe your approach to keeping accurate records under high volume. ## Stipend & Benefits ₹15,000/month base stipend + ₹200/day food allowance. ## How to Apply Apply directly via the official Greenhouse posting. ## Official Links & Resources - Official Job Posting / Apply: https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/instawork/jobs/4686783006 - Company: Instawork
