Groww's Frontend team in Bengaluru is hiring React engineers who care deeply about web performance, accessibility, and user experience. **Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain React + Next.js features for Groww's investment web platform - Drive Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) improvements and lighthouse scores - Implement real-time stock and NAV ticker components using WebSockets - Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility across all pages **Qualifications:** - 2–5 years of frontend engineering experience - Strong React.js skills; Next.js App Router experience is a plus - Proficient in TypeScript, CSS-in-JS / Tailwind - Experience with Storybook, Jest, and React Testing Library
