Data Collector & Annotator - Morning/Evening Shift

## About the Role Be part of a cutting-edge AI data collection project, capturing real-world actions and annotating video footage to train next-generation robotics. Location: Marathalli, Bengaluru. Shifts: Morning 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or Evening 1:00 PM-8:00 PM. Work location: Airbnb / Kitchen setup. ## Key Responsibilities - Record structured video footage using a camera device (iPhone on chest mount) - Follow the prescribed annotation format — stating task names, commands, action sequences during recording - Perform physical actions accurately per the assigned task list - Submit demo recordings within the designated time window for quality review - Household setup: everyday household tasks; Kitchen setup: appliance handling, ingredient placement, cooking actions ## Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent - Freshers welcome — no prior experience required - Basic smartphone proficiency, good physical fitness - Clear verbal communication (task names/commands stated audibly on camera) ## How to Prepare for This Role ### Skills to Build Before Applying Comfort speaking clearly on camera while performing physical tasks, basic smartphone/iPhone handling, ability to follow detailed scripted instructions precisely. ### Interview Preparation Common questions: how comfortable are you repeating the same physical task consistently for a full shift, are you comfortable being recorded on camera, can you commit to fixed shift timings reliably. ## Compensation ₹25,000 fixed monthly salary plus performance-based daily incentives.
